The villa

Finca La Quilla was constructed in 1998, renovated for the first time in 2005, and stripped and entirely renovated in 2020 to high-quality standards ;

The main house on the ground floor has :
a porch, entrance hall, open plan dining room with large fully equipped kitchen, pantry, mountain view lounge seating area, and salon. All areas have hot and cold air conditioning and a pellet stove in the lounge. Large bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one currently used as an office, dining terrace with mountain views and partial sea views.

The first-floor master bedroom has an open-plan en suite bathroom with shower, large bath, double sink with cabinets, toilet, a 4m wide wall covering dressing closet, commode, hot and cold air conditioning, floor heating, infra-red panel, television, and terrace with connections for washing machine and dryer.
